We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with AgentBox within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund review.

This refund policy applies to AgentBox subscription purchases and explains when refunds are available, how cancellation works, and what information we need to process a request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@agentboxapp.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial subscription payment
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refund unless exceptional circumstances apply
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days are not eligible for pro-rated refunds

Monthly vs Annual Plans

Monthly and annual subscriptions may be treated differently depending on the timing of the request, whether the charge was an initial payment or renewal, and whether account access has already been used extensively during the period in question.

Cancellation
