Use of Service
AgentBox provides a lead management and follow-up tracking service. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Subscription and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize AgentBox and its payment providers to charge the selected billing method according to the plan you choose, subject to applicable taxes and pricing updates.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use AgentBox to send spam, engage in fraudulent activities, violate applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
AgentBox and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you input into the service.
Data and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload into AgentBox, including lead records, tasks, notes, and imported files. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process that data using the service.
If you share access to your account or fail to secure your credentials, you are responsible for the activity that occurs under that account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
AgentBox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Service Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of AgentBox from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid access, billing, or major product functionality.
